PROJECT: DUSK
Dusk looks at the connections that are made between people and technology. Viewers will engage with tiny creatures of light, which respond organically to movement. Using metaphors from the physical world, this project suggests that our comfort and relationship with computers is now so relaxed that we view these objects as having a personality of their own.
angryPixel are Eli Murray, Lukasz Karluk and Scott Brown. Each have a different story that has led them to work with new media. It is these unique backgrounds that help to make Lukasz, Eli and Scott a group able to create work that combines many disciplines. With experience in live performance, interaction, music and technology, angryPixel approaches work with humour and openness. Although their projects are based in technology, the outcomes are accessible, engaging and human.

[...] The concept for the angryPixel project – Dusk – is loose enough to give us some latitude as the lab unfolds. I will post regular updates as the project and lab unfolds over the coming weeks.
